Overview:
Golden Gate is more than a postcard view—it’s a camp where engineering, fog, and culture collide. Under the span of the bridge, you’ll explore stories of resilience, creativity, and the human spirit in a place that’s as alive with people as it is with ocean winds and migrating wildlife.

🌟 Highlights of the Week:

• Bridge Builders: Sketch, design, and test bridge models where the Golden Gate towers overhead.
  
• Fog Walk: Step into the mist and learn how condensation and climate shape the bay.
  
• Prison to Protest: Explore Alcatraz and hear stories from soldiers, inmates, and Native resisters.
  
• Tidepool Trekkers: Get your feet wet while discovering crabs, mussels, and starfish at the shore.
  
• Voices of a City: Reflect on how San Francisco’s culture and resilience continue to inspire change.
  
• Bonus Highlight — Cold War Site: Step inside a preserved missile site where history comes alive.

Accommodations:

• Nature Bridge Campus in dormitories with bunk beds and shared bathrooms

• $850 per camper
• The program fee will cover food, accommodations, supplies, and equipment for all activities.

• Registration is 2-4:00 pm on Day 1
• Checkout by 10:00 am on Day 5

• January 31, 2026: Application deadline
• February 5, 2026: Camp acceptance/rejection notifications sent
• February 15, 2026: $100 nonrefundable deposit deadline
• May 1, 2026: FULL STEAM in the PARK payment deadline
• May 15, 2026: Full payment is no longer refundable
