Overview:
In the Rockies, camp means breathing crisp mountain air, dipping your toes in alpine streams, and swapping stories under the shadow of towering peaks. This isn’t just camp for you—it’s for the whole family. Parents, kids, and grandparents alike will learn side-by-side, mixing science with play, discovery with laughter, and exploration with rest. Rocky is where trail dust, campfire chats, and shared wonder knit families together in unforgettable ways.

🌟 Highlights of the Week:

• Elk Trackers: Hike as a family to follow the paths of migrating elk and deer.
  
• Saddle Up Together: Ride horses along mountain trails and imagine the journeys of early rangers.
  
• Stream Cast: Teach and learn fly fishing side by side, listening for stories in the rushing water.
  
• Cabin Tales: Step inside homesteads and let kids reimagine life in the early days of ranchers.
  
• Bonus Highlight — Trail Ridge Road Adventure: Drive one of America’s highest highways and stop to explore tundra wildflowers and wildlife together.

Accommodations:

• Campground with family tents and shared bathrooms (no showers)

• The program fee will cover food, accommodations, supplies, and equipment for all activities.
• Note: For Rocky Mountain Family Camp, children must have completed Kindergarten to attend.

• Registration is 2-4:00 pm on Day 1
• Checkout by 10:00 am on Day 5

Important dates:

• January 31, 2026: Application deadline
• February 5, 2026: Camp acceptance/rejection notifications sent
• February 15, 2026: $100 nonrefundable deposit deadline
• May 1, 2026: FULL STEAM in the PARK payment deadline
• May 15, 2026: Full payment is no longer refundable
