How to apply

Educators of all levels, such as teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, coaches, media specialists, social workers, college students pursuing education degrees, and current rangers of the National Park Service, are eligible for this opportunity. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs. Program fees cover all meals, accommodations, equipment, activities, and supplies while at camp. Travel expenses are the responsibility of each camper.

Camp Costs
- The cost for each camp is shown on the dedicated camp page.
- The program fee will cover food, accommodations, program fees, supplies, and equipment for all activities.
- Travel to and from camp is the sole responsibility of each camper.
Important Dates
- January 31, 2025: Application deadline
- February 5, 2025: Camp acceptance/rejection notifications sent
- February 15, 2025: $100 nonrefundable deposit deadline
- May 1, 2025: FULL STEAM in the PARK payment deadline
- May 15, 2025: Full payment is no longer refundable
